Make a Christmas ornament part of the decorating activity as well as the finished display. This DIY kit begins with a flat, scalloped acrylic picture board and supplies embellishment materials for working on its festive design. The round 20cm format gives the artwork a clear boundary, while the hanging chain lets the completed piece become part of a wall or seasonal arrangement. A pen, tray, wax and small bags of decoration materials appear in the kit, bringing the basic working pieces together around the chosen picture. Set aside a clear surface, organize the materials, and follow the design at a pace you enjoy. The appeal is the gradual change from a flat printed board into something you have spent time decorating yourself. When the work is finished, let the scalloped edge and Christmas illustration remain visible against a simple background. It can become a small reminder of the afternoon you made it rather than just another item unpacked from a box. Make your decorating time part of the season.
